Invoices

Payment is due at the time of pick up of any and all orders.

As a business I do understand that POs in large businesses or with schools can time a little longer to process. However, an invoice going to that type of entity that is 30 days past due WILL occur a minimum of a 10% interest charge. There are no exceptions.

We specialize in custom items meaning items that are not paid for typically can not be sold to someone else. This is why payment is required up front. 

Shipping Policy

Shipping/Tracking:

Please keep in mind we are a small business. We do our best to make shipments happen the same day the order is placed if you are purchasing an in stock non-custom item, however, life happens! Please allow 5-7 business days for your package to ship and allow additional time for custom items. You will receive an email confirmation of your order and tracking codes. Tracking will be all electronic and is your responsibility to ensure the shipping address is correct upon payment. Seller will not be responsible if product is shipped to the incorrect address provided by the buyer at checkout. All packages will ship USPS unless other wise arranged.

We hope you love your order! Your satisfaction is our number one priority. If there is something wrong with your order, we would like know so we can make it better next go ‘round!

Returns/Exchanges:

If you purchased an item(s) and they end up being the wrong size, store credit will be applied for the original price of the item. Items must be unworn, free from stains and odors, and have tags still attached. If the item shows signs of wear, tags not attached, or item is in any condition if which it cannot be resold, Flying M2 Designs has the right to refuse the refund for store credit. 

Returns are eligible within 10 days of receiving your product. After the 10 days, refund is no longer eligible. Please be aware all jewelry and sale/discounted items are FINAL SALE. If you wish to return an item or product you, the buyer, will be held responsible for shipping back to Flying M2 Designs.
